These oils work through the limbic system, the part of the brain that controls emotions, evoking a sense of calm that stays with you long after your session.

Reflexology taps into the body’s natural healing abilities by targeting specific pressure points on the feet and hands. These points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems, helping to clear energy blockages and restore balance.
